At Jacquard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn garment within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once our studio has processed your refund.
